Great presentation is key to most sales, buyers will assess the property particulars before committing to a viewing.

Every viewing will be accompanied by an agent to field any tricky questions and help the process run as smoothly as possible.

All offers received will be confirmed verbally and later in writing to ensure that there is no problem with communication.

We will check the viewers ability to proceed and make sure offers put forward are credible to save you any time wasting or hassle.

A swift and successful sale of a property is likely to be reliant on having an efficient and experienced solicitor working on your behalf.

Choosing the right solicitor for you is always tricky, but word of mouth and industry professionals are always a great way to start the deduction process. Our team would be more than happy to introduce you to our carefully selected solicitors who have records of achieving successful completions.

Keeping your sale on the boil is the most important part of an estate agents job.

We liaise with the buyer, seller, mortgage advisor and both solicitors to ensure that the timescales expected are met.

Mother Goose go above and beyond to ensure that any information and documents are forwarded on to you at the earliest possible opportunity to eliminate any holdups.

Once the mortgage application, surveys, searches, enquiries and anything else that will need to be verified is met, the contracts are ready to be signed by both parties and exchanged by the solicitors.

At this point a confirmed completion date is agreed and both parties enter into a legally binding agreement to sell/buy the house.

The final stage requires the buyer to pay outstanding monies to your solicitor. Keys would usually be handed to our office ready for the buyer to collect on completion date.

Congratulations! You have now sold your property.
